Hi, I’m [Tyler Woods], a mobility coach with over 8 years of hands-on experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in everything from high-energy gyms to intimate private studios, guiding clients of all ages and backgrounds through recovery, rehabilitation, and total body transformation. Whether they were healing from injuries, battling chronic stiffness, or simply wanting to feel more capable in their bodies, my mission has always been the same: to help people reclaim their mobility and vitality through movement that heals.
What sets my approach apart is a focus on the root cause of pain and dysfunction. I blend mobility training with principles of functional health, creating customized, practical strategies that support long-term movement—not just quick fixes.
I believe the body is deeply interconnected—pain in one area is often a signal of imbalance elsewhere. That's why I don't treat symptoms in isolation. Instead, I look at how your body moves as a whole: how your joints, breath, posture, and daily habits all play a role in your overall function and well-being.
